Hi,
I’m Ashley and I came up with the concept behind MUV when I realized we’re all in search of fulfilling one very important element of our human destiny - to live healthy and happy lives and to learn to love ourselves.
MUV was created to help you achieve your goals through a clinical approach to fitness, nutrition and beauty. But it’s about far more than just losing weight or getting super fit.
It’s about being fearless in the pursuit of living your best life and having the confidence to take a chance … on yourself.

The secret to using movement to your advantage starts with understanding that resistance takes strength.
That means intensity is one of the key variables that needs to be progressively cranked up in order to keep your workouts fresh and effective, and that’s what MUVology is all about.

MUVology is the theory of quality over quanity. During a MUV workout, you’ll train your muscles to near failure (1 rep shy) 80-90% of the time. You will also perform the highest volume of work (sets and reps) in the shortest time possible. However this does not mean working out in hyper-speed, but maintaining constant tension on your muscles. This workout method ensures that your heart rate remains elevated and your muscles are given very little time to recover before being called on again.
MUVology is more effective at burning fat than cardio and incorporates weight and strength training movements. Utilizing MUV will allow you to maintain and build muscle mass while blasting fat and calories. Just make sure you’ve been cleared by your physician before you begin a high-intensity exercise routine.
